This page is about the rules in being an uncensored blogger for hMJTx's Blog.

Pre-registration:

1. If you decide to be a blogger, you have to be nice to all other bloggers. You cannot come on here and harrass other bloggers, claim a post as your own when it's not, talk about fellow bloggers via comments or via your posts. All for one, one for all.
2. You have to take responsibility for your posts. Don't post something, get in trouble, and point the finger at another fellow blogger.
3. In order to be considered as a blogger, you first have to prove you got what it takes. If you can type, use proper (or close to proper) grammar, lack of cursing in typed posts, and if you have a free mind that wonders on and on, you have what it takes. Now you just have to prove it in text format. Email a preview of what you can do and we'll consider you.

1. Once you've been accepted, the following rules strictly apply.
2. Your post, your responsibility. No one will take responsibility for your posts other than yourself. If you post something that is endangering or threatening, it will be removed from the public and kept in an archive that will not be visible by the public. Remember that one.
3. We highly encourage freedom of opinions. That is what this blog is about. Everyone wants YOUR say, not a censored version. We want to know what YOU got to say.
4. Absolutely NO cussing to the extreme. Strictly an example: "I hate Bush, FUCK him and his life!" We are trying to keep a site that is open to the public, meaning kids and adults will see this site. You wouldn't want your kids to see vulgar language would you?
5. Although we want users to use their freedom of speech and expression here, don't post about your life all the time. You can post you opinions about a wrongful firing, an accident, tips on life, etc. But don't go all out about your life.
6. Do not use blackmail here. If we find out you are using something as blackmail and you post it here, you WILL be removed as an author and your post archived in a non public folder.*
7. Threats in any form or manner to anyone or anything is highly unwanted. Please post your opinions, don't hate and threat.
8. Public information, we don't want to know you phone numbers, addresses, where you live, or other information like that. Please don't post that information. If you do post, post at your own risk. One thing to remember, if you can imagine what can be done with that information, it CAN be done.
9. Do not post information about others such as phone numbers, addresses, city and state where they live without that person's written permission. If you are going to do so, do public numbers for public place's and people. Like Bill Gates. People we know about already. Don't post your sister or bother's phone number. Your post will be removed and you will be warned once about that.

1. hMJTx is for opinions, not to share your life.
2. Information here is free to the public.
3. Kids come on the site to learn about free opinions not to learn more bad things in life.
4. We need some control, freedoms are free but certain actions can take those freedoms away. We are pretty much trying to protect you.

* Just in case something bad were to happen, the administrator has freely and willingly complied to put posts that were direct threats, proof of harassment, or in violation of rules posted above in an archive that will not be viewable by the public. This process is to help law enforcement if need be. We take threats and harassment very serious.
