MySpace with a playlist? - Remember this post?

Today, MySpace may have taken up on my idea. But for as this world being so big and MySpace having so many members, I'm not really sure if I was really the only one to message the MySpace Feature team. Look at my previous post here.

Below is a quote from Tom about the new upgrade.

MySpace Music has gotten a big upgrade! Today you'll find that some of the world's biggest bands have added their ENTIRE discography to MySpace--all the albums/CDs they've ever recorded! Our goal is to have every song from every artist, and we're almost there. We've also got a new music player which lets you add songs from these artists to your profile--not just one song, but your top 10 playlist. Of course it's all free, so start creating playlists using our new song search. Click here to start making your playlists.

You can still add songs the old way -- just go to a band profile and click the + button to add a song. Expect a lot more from MySpace Music in the coming months, and thanks to our friends at Toyota for helping make this happen!

I'll add more to this blog later today.

More on today's little add from MySpace. The player is great! I've already tried it and well you just have to choose a different look from the old mini player you used to have.

Ok so it looks new and different, what about the songs you add? Well you can organize them. After you've added a few songs to your player, just click on "Music" on the top navbar and underneath the navbar look for a link that says "my music." Once you are there, click on "My Profile Playlist" which is on the left menu. You'll see a list of the songs you've added. Then just click and drag! SIMPLE!

Now what if you want more than one playlist? You know, one for your favorite songs then maybe another just for ROCK! You can do that too! Once you are where you can see your playlist, on the left side click on "Create Playlist" It's right below the "Open Player" You can also delete playlists!

You know what, don't let me hold you back, just go on MySpace, log-in, and explore it!

Just one thing, the sad thing about all this is that it has to be run using flash. To some older or computers that have slow hardware may be, well slow. But for me, the lag is worth having while knowing that my music player now has more than one of my favorite songs.

I really do advise readers that have MySpace accounts to really try this cool new feature they've added.

If you've also told MySpace about this feature, share in. I know I'm not the only one that has suggested it.

Good luck with it all!
